In the event that you need to cancels/reschedule appointments, please contact me via email or message 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment . Please note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE . If , for any reason, you will be tardy to your appointment , an upfront $20 late fee will be in place after the 15min grace period.
